At EG Legacy, every item is custom-made to reflect our brand’s unique style and vision. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All items are made to order and cannot be resold or restocked.

• We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, sizing, and order accuracy before purchasing.

Exceptions (if applicable):
We will only address issues if the item received is defective or if the wrong product was sent. In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear proof (photos and order details).
We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement will be issued.
